  •  You can buy Barefoot Books from the following sources:

    • Ambassador’s online marketplace/website
    • www.barefootbooks.com
    • In person from local Ambassadors at home parties, fundraisers and other community events
    • Barefoot Books Studio (Concord, MA, USA and Oxford, England)
    • We do not sell directly to Amazon.

    To purchase items from an Ambassador's online marketplace/website: 

    • Click Find an Ambassador to locate an Ambassador.  Click again to ‘Contact Me’ or ‘View My Marketplace’.

    Please note: A gift wrapping service is available for purchases in the Barefoot Books Studios and at the discretion of local Ambassadors.  Gift wrapping is not available for online purchases.

  • For online purchases made through an Ambassador's Marketplace or at www.barefootbooks.com, we have a secure server for accepting payment by the following major credit/debit cards: American Express, Mastercard, and Visa. We do not keep your card details on file so they cannot be accessed after your transaction is complete.

    We also accept Gift Cards online as follows:

    • $25, $50, and $100 gift cards are available for purchase on the North American website only and are shipped free of charge via UPS.  A signature is required upon delivery.
    • Any unused balance will be retained on the Gift Card.
    • If an order exceeds the balance on a Gift Card, the difference must be paid with a valid credit card.
    • For safekeeping, the Gift Cards should be registered online in My Account.
    • Barefoot Books is not responsible if a gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
    • Ambassadors, please note that gift cards count towards QV when they are purchased, not when they are redeemed. 
  • When ordering online through an Ambassador's Marketplace or at www.barefootbooks.com, shipping to addresses in North America including Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico addresses is available. Rates are based on the service level you select, order weight and destination zip code.  One delivery address is acceptable per order; deliveries to multiple addresses will require multiple orders.

    • USPS Economy (up to 12 business days): available on all orders with books and/or CDs; not a trackable service.
    • USPS Priority (up to 7 business days): available on a few orders; not a trackable service.
    • UPS Ground (up to 9 business days): available on all orders
    • UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days): available on all orders; standard 2nd day charges apply; order must be received by 11am EST
    • UPS Next Day Air (1 business day): available on all orders; standard next day charges apply; order must be received by 11am EST


    Please note:

      • Our processing time at the warehouse is 2 business days.  The estimated time that we have above incudes the processing time at our warehouse.
      • Appropriate sales tax will be added to orders shipped to addresses in Massachusetts, Wisconsin, California and Washington
      • Shipping options vary according to the specific location.  Not all options are available for every location.  Shipments to Canada also include an additional $9.99 service fee.
      • Order and shipping confirmations will emailed to you, with tracking information if to be sent by UPS parcel courier (Ground, 2nd Day and Next Day services).  This information, including the status of your order, will also be available on the order history page within your online account.
      • UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address and not a PO Box address.
      • Free shipping orders are valid only for the 48 Continental United States and Canada.  For Canadian shipments, standard upcharges apply.
      • We reserve the right to change shipping charges at this time.

  • Products purchased online or in a Barefoot Books Studio may be returned within 30 days of receipt and in the condition in which they were received for a full refund to be given.  Refunds/credits will not be issued on any pre-packaged products that are returned opened unless they are found to be damaged or defective.  You will need to pay for the cost of postage/packaging for returning the products, unless they are damaged or defective.  Please email help@barefootbooks.com if you have received any damaged or defective products. 

    When you return the products, please include the original packing slip, reasons for the return, relevant product exchange information or your request for a refund.

    For refunds or exchanges of products purchased at an event from an Ambassador, please liaise directly with the Ambassador.

    • What are the benefits?
      You can view your order history and we’ll remember your contact details, which makes checkout quick and easy.  Also, we will keep you up-to-date on our latest releases, community news and special offers.

    • How do I register?
      Simply enter your email and a password to set up your account, and you’ll have the option to create a billing address and to save several shipping addresses. Register now!
    • What if I forget my password?
      Please click here to reset your password, providing your email address in the online form. There is another opportunity to reset your password when logging in to your account. We will send you an email with instructions to reset your password.

    • How do I change my account information?
      You can sign into your account at any time by clicking on the link at the top of the page, you can then edit your account details by clicking My Account on the top of the page or on the left hand panel. Register or log in now.
    • Will my email ever be shared with other companies?
      No, our policy is never to rent or sell details of our community members to other companies.  We will send you email updates on exciting Barefoot Books news and events, as well as special offers and promotions. If you wish to opt out of receiving these offers, you may do so during the registration process, or update your email preferences in your account settings at any time.   • Our publishing program is currently full and we are not able to accept further manuscripts, art samples or queries at this time. We do, however, thank you for your interest in Barefoot Books and wish you the best of luck!
