I began collecting Barefoot Books about 15 years ago.  

I believe that reading is a wonderful way to connect with others. I love watching my students develop positive literacy behaviours. They have listened to many Barefoot Books over the last 20 years. My favourtie Barefoot Book is "Over in the Meadow"! I love that it can be read or sung to a tune!
