Contact us to see if there is a Community Bookseller in your area who can bring books to sell at your school. We have Community Booksellers across the United States and Canada.


2. Become a Community Bookseller

Would you like to run book fairs for your school or organization? Register to become a member of our vibrant group of Community Booksellers. Order books at a 50% discount to sell at regular price during your fairs. Use the proceeds to reward the hosting school with cash or free books. You can also sell books at local festivals, farmers' markets and conferences, and you will earn a 30% commission on orders placed through your Barefoot Books website link. Learn more.


3. Hold an online book fair

Invite families and supporters to place orders at the Barefoot Books website using a unique Event ID. Your organization earns 20% of all orders in free book credit (Barefoot Bucks). Add a display sample books to increase sales at your event (optional). Order ship directly to customers.

Step 1. Apply for a School/Educator account.

Step 2. Once approved, log in to your account.

Step 3. Click on My Account > My Events and follow instructions to create an online event.

Step 4. Order a Barefoot book fair set or create a display of Barefoot Books you already own.

Step 5. Download printable signs, fliers, teacher wish lists, and more from our Book Fair Resource Library.

Step 6. Share this link: barefootbooks.com/find-a-book-fair and instruct shoppers to enter your unique Event ID

Step 7. Check your My Events page to see how much you have earned.

Step 8. Redeem your free books by placing an online order and applying your Barefoot Bucks on the payment screen.
