Arti's Barefoot Story
Arti Kumar-Jain is a children and teacher's advocate, mental health professional, trainer and facilitator. Arti is also the Founding Director of Love & Light 4 Kidz LLC and believes that all teachers and children should have access to highly engaging materials and books. She believes in Barefoot Books' mission statement in promoting learning about culture and diversity and celebrating differences. Arti was hosting her own vendor table when she was presented with the opportunity to have a table next to Jamaica Stevens of Jamaroo Kids and feel in love with Barefoot Books.
