I first fell in love with Barefoot Books in 1998, when I worked in a small bookstore.  The quality of story and art drew me in.  The commitment to diversity has kept me in the Barefoot world.  I have been a part of the program since 2009, and love the life of an independent bookseller.  As a part of my community, I participate in educator conferences, school and daycare book fairs, parties, and so much more.
