"Never Say No to a Book!'

I have always said that. It is true, books take you places you may never travel to.  Through your mind, you can use the book to explore new horizons. It is so important to expose children to good books.  Reading to them before they are born builds that bond between parent and child.  Reading to newborn children stimulates their brain.  Reading to toddlers and beyond helps prepare them for reading on their own.  So join me in saying "Never Say No to a Book!"

I am a kindergarten teacher and I love having books that are well written and illustrated to share with my students and families.  That is the main reason I opened my very own bookstore with Barefoot Books!
