Illustrated by - Beth Krommes
Beth Krommes has loved art since her early childhood. She earned a BFA in painting from Syracuse University and an MAT in art education from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. Before she became a children's illustrator in 1989, Beth taught art in a public school, managed a fine handcraft shop and art directed a computer magazine. Beth creates her unique and beautiful artwork using scratchboard and watercolor. She then transfers the image to paper and adds watercolor. The result is highly detailed, richly textured and unforgettably beautiful. Beth lives in New Hampshire, USA, with her husband and two daughters.
