Team Leader Change Request
Please fill out the form below if you wish to change your current Team Leader.
We strongly encourage Ambassadors to make thoughtful decisions about changing teams and to discuss any points of concern with your Team Leader prior to making a decision to move to a new Team Leader.
Please note: You will remain a member of your current team until the beginning of next month. Your request to move to a new team will be processed by the tenth of next month, but will be effective for the entire month following your request. Notification of your request to change teams will be sent to your new Team Leader, your current Team Leader and your current two upline sponsors.
