About Me

I am a mother of 3 grown up children and grandmother of twin grandaughters of 3, their new baby sister and 2 step grandaughters in their teens. I am an ex- teacher with a real love of books and I am keen to help others develop the love of reading. I enjoy wearing many different hats and run more than one home business.  I am a people's person and love helping others. I am also a Rotarian. I enjoy life and live it to the full. FUN FUN FUN! I have recently set up Wightbuzz - a networking group for the small businesses on the Isle of Wigfht and it proved so successful it has now spread to the mainland under the name Bizzness Buzz
I  love being a Barefoot Ambassador and  already enjoy  presenting these beautiful books to a wide audience. I enjoy  setting up a display at church/school fetes and fairs, school book fairs, coffee morning, home book parties etc or I can present on  one-to-one basis.I am happy to setup inset displays and teachers conferences. I have a team of  Barefoot ambassadors who want to work the hours they like from home. I love to help my newbies grow their confidence. Some may not have worked for years! I love to build rapport with my team and often try and share events if that is possible logistically. I have many means of communication so that I can keep up with the team members preferred options be it email, text facebook or the good old fashioned telephone! The Barefoot products are superb and I take a great delight in showing them off whenever and wherever I can. There is no way I am going to be a secret agent!
