About Me
My biggest claim to fame is that I work at the Smithsonian, but really the highlight of my life is my husband Charlie and daughter Sadie. I'm an anthropologist with the occassional tendency to write. But my work life is mainly about travel and education. Charlie and I are hoping to have our own bookstore one day, and this is one step towards that dream.Barefoot Books are quality books that are multicultural, education, and just plain fun! Sadie has a couple of favorites, so ask her for recommendations the next time you see her.
