Jun-24-2009Clare Beaton does it again! The illustrations in this book are filled with color and texture, sure to captivate the eyes and mind of any child. This a personal favorite of my son. The pattern of the story helps children to develop early reading skills, while also teaching them to count. To add some fun, the book involves readers by keeping them on the lookout for an elusive orange cat, hidden somewhere on every page. I would recommend any book illustrated by Clare Beaton!
