15 Jul 2009These stories are great.... I did go out and buy some cheap-o CDs of Opera music for the kids to listen to as well. Would pay extra for another CD with the full Opera on it!

23 Jun 2009This is a wonderful value! I only like to spend about $10 on classroom birthday parties and such ( there are soooo many!). This book is perfect! Beautiful, engaging and grows with the child! Young children can enjoy the music and illustrations as they grow children will find the educational end notes about natural habitats and global conservation really cool! I even have a little friend who asks for it simply as her "favorite!"

The Girls Gotta Run Foundation (GGRF) is a volunteer organization founded in 2006 to raise money to provide support for impoverished Ethiopian girls who are training to be runners. Training to be athletes allows them to stay in school, avoid early marriage, and gain personal independence. Besides athletic shoes, GGRF provides money for training clothes, extra food ("calorie money"), coach subsidies, and other training-related expenses.
