To be eligible for wholesale/retail terms, you must be a business or organization (not an individual) with a physical or online sales location and sell a range of products from multiple vendors.

Examples of retail accounts include bookstores, gift stores, museum shops, children's specialty stores and teacher supply stores. Examples of wholesale accounts include library suppliers, literacy organizations and book distributors.
 

In order to become a retail customer, please complete the retail inquiry form and upload a current reseller certificate.

Standard shipping is FREE if your online order value is $100 net or more (after any discounts and before tax).

For orders under $100 net, you can select either Standard or Economy shipping. Unfortunately, international shipping and shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are not available for online orders at this time. 

Standard: $9.99 (estimated arrival 4-9 days)
  • Orders weighing over 15 lbs. ship via UPS Ground
  • Orders weighing less than 15 lbs. ship via Mail Innovation
Economy: $4.99 (estimated arrival 10-14 days)
  • This option is not available for orders of $100 net or more
  • Orders ship via United States Postal Service
To ship an order further afield, for expedited or bulk shipping rates, or to order for a special event, please contact us at help@barefootbooks.com
 
We currently do not accept backorders on our website.

In order to not be charged tax on your order, please upload your tax exemption certificate or reseller certificate on the retail inquiry form.
 

Orders are processed and then shipped from our warehouse in Menasha, WI within 48 hours of receipt.

Fire the Imagination is our exclusive trade distributor in Canada. Please go to www.firetheimagination.ca to learn more about Fire the Imagination, or email firetheimagination@sympatico.ca to place your Barefoot order. 

We accept orders online with Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
 

We do not offer returnable terms for online orders.

If your order arrives with damaged or incorrect items please contact help@barefootbooks.com within 7 business days of receipt. A credit will be issued within 2 business days. 

Once you have completed your online order, you will receive an order confirmation email which will be sent to the email address used in your account set up.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email which includes the tracking number for your order.
